A Nevitt Construction is a family run building contractor in Hayle, working across West Cornwall since 1975. On a design and build project we take you from the first drawings through planning, groundworks and the build to handover, with one point of contact the whole way through.

We come and see it for ourselves.
Every job starts with a visit and a proper conversation. We look at the site or the house, listen to what you are trying to achieve, and talk honestly about what the budget will and will not stretch to. There is no hard sell. If a plan does not add up, we will say so early, while it still costs nothing to change course.
- 02Design and planning
One firm draws it and builds it.
We draw up the scheme, or take on your architect’s drawings, and then handle the planning application and building regulations on your behalf. Because the people designing it are the people who will build it, what gets drawn is something that can actually be built, to the budget agreed and on the ground you have.
- 03The build
One team, and you always know where it has got to.
Groundworks, structure and finish are carried out by one team, with Andy on hand throughout. You have a single point of contact rather than a string of subcontractors to chase, the site is kept tidy and weathertight, and you always know who to ask and what happens next.
- 04Handover and aftercare
We hand it over, and we stand behind it.
We finish, make good and walk you through the completed building. Then we stand behind the work. We have been in the same corner of Cornwall since 1975, and we fully intend to still be here when you next need us.
